Pictures from Margaret's graveside service today

Here are some of the people at Margaret's graveside service.  It was well attended

and a lot of Michaels cousins, and his brothers and sister were there.

I wanted a picture if Rex and his little girl.

The woman on the right sang two songs without music.  She did a good job.

Some other ones.  Dad is on the right.

This is a view from the graveyard.  Can't think of a better view.

The Bates Cemetary has a great view of these peaks also.

It was a beautiful day and very peaceful up there.

I was sitting next to Eric in the viewing room.  This is his little boy Sawyer.

He sure was a cute little guy.

He let Grandpa hold him and he smiled so cute.

Here is a picture of Aunt Mary Lou, Aunt Marsha, Kelly and Uncle Larry

visiting with Dad's cousin Lois Cherry from Idaho Falls.

The second man with the glasses on is Ben Ferrin from Jackson.

He is the only brother left from Aunt Beth and Uncle Merrit.

I gave him a picture of the 1940 census for his family.

He knew My Uncle Charlies family.

He was 1 year old on the census and his brothers were 8 and 9.

Uncle Pete is next to him.  He rode with us.

Donna is in the middle and that is her walker.  I was surprised to see her.

Her neice is in the purple and she really helps her out.

This is a picture of my cute little blooming bush. 

It is out by the end of the fence.

I was trying to get the sun eclipse, but it hadn't gone yet.

Our one peach tree is actually in blood.  Can you believe that.

 Some of my pretty pansies.  They are so pretty.

Your Dad and I went to Tetonia for Margaret Hansen's Graveside service.

It was very nice and I think that Rex felt good about it.

There was a good turnout.

Dad is talking to Wes Christensen.  He used to live in the home where Johnson's live.

He was the wrestling coach at Teton Hight school while we were there

and at Ricks college.

Work goes with Spring, along with its beauty.

This is my first spring boquet.  The lilacs are barely coming out and the tulips are gone now.

Dad is out there mowing that law again.

He really likes to do it I think.

I am glad he is busy.

You will have to come and see this cute little metal girl that the Welch's

gave to me for Mother's Day.

I have it on my front porch.

I really like it.  It is solar energized.  Then at night it glows in blue light on her dress.

The three of us got the flowers planted in the flower planter.

They look really nice.

We now have the garden planted.

We have peas, radishes (which are up).

Strawberries, and cucumbers.

Then don't forget our 4 tomatoes.

We shall see what does better, the ones in boxes or not

Flowers --Especially Spring flowers.

I love them and love Spring.

May is my favorite month of the year.

It is like everything is new and bright and encouraging.

This and that in our yard.

This is a picture of some of the trees in the garden area beyond the raspberry patch.

The scotch pine trees are gettiin beautiful pinecomes.  Dad is not so

impressed when he has to pick them up after a windstorm.

Anyone want som chives?  I forget I have it.

Chokecherry blossoms.  Did any of yours bloom Shanell.

I really like these trees as they remind me of my childhood.

The box in the back have strawberries planted in

The two in the front are ready for tomatoe plants.

The vinca plant is blooming right in the middle of the violets from the cabin

This is the little violet that I brought from the cabin.

It is a very delicate looking plaant, but you know it isn't as it grows up by the cabin.

Sorry I got the chokecherry bush twice.

Time flies by in more ways than one.

Look at my shamrock plant or butterfly plant.

It is dark outside and look at the leaves, they fold up and go to sleep.

Then in the morning, they wake up and look below.

The sun is shining and they are awake.

The maroon plant I gave you does the same.

Wednesdaay I met with some of my former classmates.

We went to the home of one of the girls that grew up in Cedron

They had a back porch and they enclosed it and they have a lot of room for when their

families come.

It would be nice to have more room.

We had anice visit.  Only 6 of us could make it, but it was fun

to visit with them.  We are all having the pains of "old" age.
