Conference with all the family but Becky and the Blacks.

Scott has a comfortable seat to watch conference from.

Conference will be on in a minute.

g

Mariah opened some gifts for her birthday in a few days.

The girls wanted the guys to push them, but I think they were busy talking.

Some of the others were jumping on the tramp.
They had fun outside after conference and lunch.
The weather was beautiful.

Here they are playing "annie i over" after the afternoon conference.
It is a tradition they said.

They are trying hard to catch that ball.
It is fun to see all of them out there playing with each other.
We have a great family.

October 1, Conference....

This picture was actually taken on Sunday.
Saturday Dad and I watched all of conference and he didn't even go to sleep.
Then he had a 2 hour priesthood meeting that he went so he was a little tired today.

Peach jam. Yum Yum!!!

Today I made 2 batches of jam.
I also spent some time cleaning house also.

Thursday Sept. 29

Last night I didn't feel good and got very little sleep.
My leg was really hurting and I was sick at my stomach.
I picked this produce from our garden today.

Wednesday Sept. 28 - At the cabin and home tonight.

The plants are changing colors and it wass beautiful at the cabin.
We have had the most beautiful weather for the past 3 weeks.
Wish  it would last for a lot longer.

Notice the difference from last Saturday.  At least we still have leaves on the
quakers.   Maybe because we haven't had any wind to speak of.

Bonnie and Rilla are coming back from a walk.  I went with them as far
as the place where you turn around by the creek.
They went up to see the peaks from the top of the trail going up
the hill where the red house used to be.

Tuesday Sept. 27

Last night we were late getting to the cabin as we went to the JacksonHole Playhouse.
The play was Seven Brides for Seven Btothers and it was very good.
Today we played games all day.  Rilla and Bonnie really like
a game called "Foot and Mouth" I think.
It is played with 3 sets of Rook cards.
At least I think  I know how to play now.

Here they are ready to play another game.
Of course we had all kinds of goodies to eat.

Monday Sept. 26

Today my sisters, Rilla and Bonnie took a trip through Yellowstone Park.
We had a nice time even if we didn't see many animals.

We went to Old Faithful and it was right on the time they told us.
It is quite a site to see even though I have seen it many times.

This picture was taken from Jackson Lake Lodge,
It was hard to get good  pictures as we were looking into the sun.
I do like the Tetons from the Teton Valley better that this side.
