June 12 - Today was my R. S. lesson on talents.
Today was my lesson on developing our talents.
It went well and I had lots of participation which is good.
Everyone loved my lilac boquet. It really smelt good also.
NOODING THISTLE; MUSK THISTLE-
Carduus nutans
We just got a letter from Teton Valley saying if we have any of
these noxious weeds on our property we must destroy them.
The thistle is Scotland's countrys flower.
I don't think I will be killing any of them in the near future.

I got up at 5 this morning and started the washing.
Then I made two big batches of soup.
I had 3 whipped topping containers full of hamburger soup and
3 containers of potatoe soup.
It is for tomorrow at the cabin. I made bread also yesterday.

June 9 Shelfs are painted
When I got up at 6 AM I took my dirty clothes out to the porch
and noticed that the garage light was on.
Low and behold, Becky was out there painting the shelf.
She works way to hard.
Today she really cleaned out the Den. Hopefully she
will show you a picture on her blog.
Thanks again Becky.
It is hard to believe how fast the small tree in the front of the house
has blossemed out. It is very pretty.

June 8-Becky and Dad finishes shelfs
It is a good thing Becky has the patience to deal with her Dad.
He just gets mad if I say anything.
Becky had to screw in a lot of screws.
Becky is busy putting the primier on the shelfs.
After she gets all of the shelfs primed she will have to paint them.
I think she will paint the the blue she used on the shed door.
It will be a lighter blue than at the cabin, but it should be okay.
Thanks for all of your help Becky.
The butterfly is just a little extra touch.

June 7- Will it work?
Dad and Becky are looking at the shelfs to be.
I'm sure Dad and Becky will finish it tomorrow.
We hope it will hold all of the shoes from the family outside the door.
