Friday August 5th

Two of our toilets are leaking at cabin so we have some new ones ordered from Tim.
So Dad and I came home early on Friday evening instead of Saturday.
After I got home I picked raspberries for a couple of hours.
We were enjoying visiting with the Blacks before they go home tomorrow.

Wednesday August 4

I finished picking the raspberries before leaving home.  It took me until about 1 o'clock.
I was really tired so rested awhile before we went up to cabin.
Michale had to go to Idaho Falls to the Dr. by himself.

I took the kids across the road from the cabin to pick huckleberries.
They got a cup full combined and seemed to enjoy themselves.

Wendy hid behind Mariah in this photo.  They were all making
things with plastic flat strings.

Wednesday August 3

Today I went out to eat with my sisters.
We ate at Applebees and then did a little shopping
around.   Here Bonnie and Rilla are at the DI, looking at the purses.

Later that evening I picked raspberries for about 1 1/2 hrs.

Picking berries with the Welchs

Today the Welchs came and helped pick the raspberries.  Tyler didn't want to be in
the picture.  We ended up with about 7 gallons of berries.
They are really doing well this year.

They laughed at the things on my bulletin board.
Wednesday-Near death experience.
(It is a TV program on that I would like to see)
Looks like a busy week.

Lots of work to catch up on.

Todaay I bottled some of the raspberries that we picked Saturday.
Today was a catch up day.  Washing, cleaning, etc.
Dad had lots to do outside to try to catch up on some of the things around here.
It rained reallay good last night and this morning so he couldn't do yard work.
It was good as he lots of camping things to return to there places.
We are tired.

Sunday July 31

The Blacks came last night and they had their own table for Sunday dinner.
On Saturday night Kendra stopped at Shanells and painted Tinkerbell on
Elise's bedroom wall.  Kimball and Koria enjoyed visiting with the Otteson kids.
Jare brought Luke and Layne over here to our place.

Layne had her own table also.  She did love playing with those raspberries.
Afterwards she got a bath.  She does love that.

Kimball, Koria and Becky picked some paper cups full of berries to take to the cabin.
Then the Blacks and Becky went up to the cabin.

Saturday July 30--last day of reunion.

Here are the early birds on Saturday morning.

Here is a picture of the Schiess brothers and sisters.

That fire sure felt good early in the morning.

Aunt Bonnies family had Sat. breakfast and it was very good.
Bacon, eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns, hot choclate, juice or
even cold cereal.

After we got home, Becky and I picked 4 1/2 gallons of raspberries.
They are beautiful this year.
I put them in bottles and Becky took them to the fridge at the store
untill I can take care of them on Monday.

This is a closeup of us all.
We seem to all be getting older and hurting more.
Guess that is normal.
