Apples, apples, apples----Pine needles, needles, needles

Today I decided to pick the apples on the remaining tree. We didn't think we had many but look below. There was more than we expected. I made 2 apple pies today and they were good.
If you want apples or plums come on to my house.
Dad has been raking up pine needles all week and I helped him load them in th wheelbarrow and take to the garden area where he can burn them. He even waved at all of you. I'm tired tonight.
Last night, the Bishop met with your Dad and me and released Dad from his employment specialist job which he had had for about 8 years. He also gave both of us a new job. We willl now be working in the Church Library for the Sunday School time period.

  1. Is that whole pile just pine needles? If it is, that's insane!

  3. That big pile is all pine needles. Dad raked them all up. We are ready to cut down part of that tree. The needles are terrible this year.
